2nd Évora International Organ Competition

Évora’s unique organ heritage, recently restored and enhanced, is a key reference for the study and performance of historic organ music. This competition aims to introduce young organists from around the world to its cultural and artistic significance, while encouraging historically informed approaches to repertoire suited to the instruments’ distinctive sonic, mechanical and stylistic characteristics.
